Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Etllb Store, we strive to provide the best delivery service and provide multiple options that suit all our customers.

We ship with the following shipping and delivery companies:

Aramex (Door of House)

• Aramex ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

• The shipping cost is 24 fixed riyals.

• We prepare orders from 2 to 7 days.

• Any order paid before 3 pm will start to be prepared.

• Any order placed after that will start to be prepared on the next business day.

• The delivery period is 3-15 days maximum.

Samsa (Door of House)

• Samsa ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

• The shipping cost is 24 fixed riyals.

• We prepare orders from 1 to 5 days.

• Any order paid before 3 pm will start to be prepared.

• Any order placed after that will start to be prepared on the next business day.

• The delivery period is 3-5 days maximum.

Any Place Company (To the Door of the House)

• Any Place ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

• The shipping cost is 24 fixed riyals.

• We prepare orders from 2 to 7 days.

• Any order paid before 3 pm will start to be prepared.

• Any order placed after that will start to be prepared on the next business day.

• The delivery period is 3-15 days maximum.

It should be noted that the working days are all days of the week except Friday and official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "such as the first 3 days of Eid, Foundation Day and National Day."
